How much do full home interiors cost in Noida / Delhi NCR?
Indicative starting points: full 1 BHK interiors from about ₹3.3L, 2 BHK from ₹4.3L, 3 BHK from ₹5.4L and villas from ₹10.5L in an Essential finish; Premium and Luxury finishes step up roughly 1.4× and 1.9×. A modular kitchen alone starts around ₹1.4L. Commercial fit-outs run roughly ₹1,100–1,850 per sq.ft. depending on space type. Do you handle both residential and commercial projects?
Yes. We do full home interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes and home renovation on the residential side, and office, retail, clinic, restaurant and commercial renovation work on the commercial side.
Which areas do you serve?
All of Delhi NCR, with a focus on Noida, Greater Noida, Greater Noida West (Noida Extension) and Ghaziabad/Indirapuram, where we are based.
How long will my project take?
A typical 2–3 BHK home interior runs 45–75 days from design sign-off; a modular kitchen 3–5 weeks; offices are scheduled backwards from your move-in date. Your committed handover date is written into the contract.
Will the finished space match the 3D design?
Yes — we work what-you-see-is-what-you-get. The materials, colours and layouts in the approved 3D are exactly what we execute, with no substitutions without your sign-off.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — up to a 10-year warranty on modular work and a 1-year warranty on on-site services, backed by stage-wise quality inspection. Warranty starts on handover day.
Can I pay in instalments / is EMI available?
Yes. We offer flexible and low-EMI options through lending partners so your project can start now rather than later.
Can I renovate one room at a time?
Absolutely. Many clients start with the kitchen, wardrobes and living areas and add bedrooms later. We plan wiring and civil work so later phases slot in cleanly.
I live abroad — can you manage the project remotely?
Yes. With weekly photo and video updates, online approvals and a dedicated project manager, many of our turnkey clients run their project entirely from their phone.
