Noida is a city of two halves. The older sectors — 18, 44, 50, 62 — have independent houses, builder floors and roomy 2–3 BHKs where renovation often means modernising ageing flooring, wiring and bathrooms. The newer Expressway corridor — Sectors 75, 76, 100, 137, 150 — is dominated by high-rise apartments where the work is fresh fit-outs, modular kitchens and society-rule-compliant execution. Sector 62 anchors a dense office cluster, so commercial fit-outs here have to work around live business floors.
