What we collect
- Enquiry details you submit through our forms: name, phone number, email (optional), city/locality, project type, budget range and any message you write.
- Tool context you generate on the site (e.g. a calculator estimate, quiz result or timeline) when you choose to attach it to an enquiry.
- Room photos you upload to the AI Room Designer, and the AI renders produced from them.
- Basic technical data needed to serve the site (such as IP address in server logs).
Why we collect it
Only to run our business with you: responding to your enquiry, scheduling site visits, preparing quotes, generating your AI renders, and communicating over phone, email or WhatsApp. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Where it goes
- Enquiries are stored on our own server and emailed to our team via our email delivery provider.
- AI Room Designer photos are processed by our AI rendering provider (Replicate) to generate your redesign; the resulting render is stored on our server so your link keeps working.
- If you choose a WhatsApp option, your message goes through WhatsApp under its own terms.
Retention & your rights
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal information — email [email protected] or call +91 98112 12145 and we'll act on it promptly.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage — which pages are visited, which tools are used and the approximate city visits come from. It sets first-party cookies (names beginning with _ga). We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and analytics data is processed by Google under its terms. Blocking analytics in your browser or with an extension does not affect any feature of this site. The site also uses functional browser storage (for example, remembering your calculator estimate during a visit).
