The brief
First-time homeowners in a Gaur City high-rise wanted a premium-looking kitchen and bedroom wardrobes that fit a sensible budget after their down-payment — and minimal disruption in an occupied tower.
What we did
- L-shaped modular kitchen with soft-close hardware, a moisture-resistant base and a quartz top.
- Tall pantry and corner solutions to maximise storage in a compact footprint.
- Sliding-shutter wardrobes in two bedrooms.
- Factory production in parallel with site prep, so on-site installation was quick and tidy.
