How the estimate works
The calculator multiplies your home size (or commercial area) by current indicative NCR rates for the scope you choose, then applies your finish tier — Essential, Premium (~1.4×) or Luxury (~1.9×). The range covers normal site variation; the EMI line assumes a typical 60-month plan.
It's deliberately honest: no "starting at" teaser pricing, and the same rate card our team quotes from. When you're ready, a free site visit converts it into a fixed, itemised quote with zero escalation — the number you sign is the number you pay.
