Modular kitchen price list for Delhi NCR (2026)

Actual modular kitchen prices by home size and finish level across Noida, Greater Noida, Indirapuram and Ghaziabad — plus what changes the number, and what a cheap quote is usually leaving out.

Modular kitchen quotes in NCR vary enormously for what looks like the same kitchen. Usually that isn’t the rate — it’s what the quote quietly does and doesn’t include. Here are our actual numbers, and what sits behind them.

The price list

Indicative prices for a modular kitchen only — not a full home interior — across Noida, Greater Noida, Noida Extension, Indirapuram and Ghaziabad.

Home sizeEssentialPremiumLuxury
1 BHK₹1.1 lakh₹1.5 lakh₹2.0 lakh
2 BHK₹1.4 lakh₹1.9 lakh₹2.6 lakh
3 BHK₹1.7 lakh₹2.4 lakh₹3.3 lakh
4 BHK₹2.2 lakh₹3.1 lakh₹4.3 lakh

The home size is shorthand for kitchen size. A modular kitchen is priced by running feet of cabinetry, not by the square footage of your flat — so a 2 BHK with an unusually long kitchen can cost more than a 3 BHK with a compact one. These figures assume the kitchen you’d typically find in each.

Why quotes for “the same kitchen” differ so much

Three things account for nearly all of it.

Running feet. A straight 8-foot run and an L-shaped 14-foot run are different kitchens even if both are described as “modular kitchen”. Any quote worth comparing states the running feet, split between base units, wall units and tall units.

Carcass grade. This is the most common place a cheap quote saves money, because you can’t see it. A particle-board carcass and a BWP-ply carcass look identical on installation day and behave completely differently the first time the sink leaks.

Hardware. “Soft-close” spans a very wide price range. A named brand and series is comparable; the phrase on its own isn’t.

What the finish levels change

Essential gives you a moisture-resistant carcass with BWP-grade material in the wet zone, laminate shutters, soft-close hinges and channels, and a granite countertop. It is a complete, properly built kitchen.

Premium — about 1.4× — moves you to acrylic or PU shutters, engineered quartz instead of granite, better hardware tiers, and more built-in storage solutions like tall units and corner mechanisms.

Luxury — about 1.9× — brings veneer or lacquered glass, premium-brand hardware throughout, integrated appliance housing, and design detail like handleless profiles and internal lighting.

Notice what does not change across the three: the carcass in the wet zone, the presence of soft-close hardware, and the quality of the sealing. Those are baseline, not upgrades. A quote that treats them as upgrades is quoting a different product.

Where the money is best spent

If your budget is fixed and something has to give, this is the order we’d protect things in.

Protect the carcass. Specifically under the sink and beside any dishwasher or water purifier. Every kitchen gets a slow leak eventually. A BWP or marine-grade core survives it; a particle-board one swells permanently and never closes properly again.

Protect the hardware. You open a drawer thousands of times a year. Hinges and channels are the first components to fail and the most disruptive to replace once everything is installed and sealed.

Then think about storage design. Corner solutions, tall units and drawers instead of shelves genuinely change how usable the kitchen is. A deep cabinet behind a shutter is storage you use the front third of.

Economise on shutter finish if you must. A good laminate on a well-built box outlasts a lacquered shutter on a bad one, every time.

What a cheap quote is usually leaving out

When a quote comes in dramatically below the others, check for these specifically:

  • Particle board instead of ply, especially in the sink cabinet
  • Fewer running feet than the others — often achieved by dropping wall units
  • Basic hinges and channels without soft-close, or unnamed hardware
  • Countertop excluded, or a thinner slab than quoted elsewhere
  • No corner solution, leaving a metre of dead space
  • Appliance cut-outs and integration excluded
  • Dado tiling, plumbing shifts and electrical points excluded — these frequently appear as “extras” once work has begun

None of these are dishonest on their own; they only become a problem when two quotes are compared as though they cover the same thing.

Timeline

A modular kitchen typically takes 3–5 weeks from design sign-off. Most of that is factory production, which runs in parallel with any site preparation. The on-site installation is usually two to four days: delivery and levelling, countertop fitting, then shutter alignment, sealing and snagging.

That short on-site window matters in NCR apartments specifically, where societies restrict work hours, service-lift access and debris removal days. Site-built carpentry needs continuous access for weeks; factory-finished modular units don’t.

Replacing an older kitchen

In Indirapuram and the older Noida sectors, most kitchen work is replacement rather than first fit-out. Kitchens there tend to fail in a predictable order: hinges first, then the cabinet under the sink, then the countertop joint behind the hob.

The good news is that tiling and plumbing often still have years left in them. Where that’s the case, the sensible scope is replacing the modular work and leaving the civil alone — which is a much smaller job than a full kitchen renovation. Any contractor worth using will tell you when that’s the right answer rather than quoting the bigger job.

Do you need to buy appliances from us?

No. We can supply and integrate the chimney, hob, sink and built-ins, or design around units you already own — just bring the model numbers at design stage so the cut-outs and clearances are right. Either way it should be itemised separately, so you can see what the cabinetry costs on its own.

One planning note: match the chimney width to the hob (60 cm for a two or three-burner, 90 cm for a four-burner), and keep the duct run as short and straight as possible. Suction figures on a box mean very little once the duct turns three times.

Getting an exact number

A real quote needs a measurement. The variables that matter most — actual running feet, the height and condition of an existing platform, where the plumbing and gas points sit — can’t be guessed from a floor plan.

Site visits across NCR are free and carry no obligation, and you’ll get an itemised quote naming carcass grade per zone, hardware make and running feet, so you can compare it against anything else honestly. Book a visit, or start with the cost calculator.
